Yellow Boomerang is a community-based charity that supports residents of Montgomery County and surrounding areas in need of necessities such as food, clothing, school supplies and housewares.  Recipients include families on government assistance, recent migrants from developing countries, and local families that are in job transition or low income.  Recent projects have provided holiday dinners to local families, backpacks to students in need, and clothing to refugee families new to the area. In addition to helping provide families with necessities they need to survive, Yellow Boomerang’s long -term vision is to improve families’ quality of life by helping them attain better housing, transportation, jobs, and education.
